Pros
Citigroup hires really bright people with big ideas and drive. The compensation package is excellent.
Cons
There is no work life balance at Citi. My colleague had to cancel a trip to Italy for a project and he had already paid for the tickets. The other issue at Citi is politics. Turf wars are common practice and institutional knowledge is something that is guarded and shared only when absolutely necessary.
