Everything bad about an H1B 'culture' company. Like most H1B companies the workforce is underpaid and exploited and the managers (mostly foreign born Indians) are hostile to non-immigrants and operate as if they were running a Mumbai call center. They will do everything to underpay, overwork, and exploit the working relationship. When confronted they will lie and/or ignore your emails, phone calls, etc. This would work well if you were in Mumbai or New Delhi. However as an American Company they need to do better. Just do yourself a favor - say no and look for work elsewhere.
