      Compensation is fair, reasonably flexible working hours and remote access options

      Cons

      The level of bureaucratic non sense at Citi is unlike anything you ever seen, sometimes you need approvals from six different groups to get a release, most of those approval groups are totally irrelevant to our group

      Flexibility regarding hybrid work, Nice office, good environment in the office.

      Cons

      Distant leads, not much community culture, if you don't mind working alone for several weeks, this should not be an issue

      Great benefits and work/life balance if you're on the right team.

      Cons

      Having a bad manager dictates everything about your job. You will see no upward mobility or compensation improvement if you are under a poor manager.
