      Pros

      largely depends on manager. Work can be super boring or some-what interesting. WLB depends.

      Cons

      Good if you want to retire, and work 40hr/week with minimal stress if you on good team. Bad if you are super ambitious. Lots of bureaucracies... lots. Slow to build anything. Old architectures....
