Very thorough training, encouraged to spend time at work on learning Candid and straightforward HR policies, fair and no drama Lots of time off, 3 weeks personal, 10 holidays, plus sick-time as needed Plentiful movement opportunities within the company Professional, mature co-workers
Cons
Other than the high 401k contribution, benefits are lack-luster for such a large company Large disconnect from IT and operations, technology improvements are few and unimpressive
