      Citi is a good place to work as they have great people, flexible work schedules (as long as your manager agrees) and they have an intensive effort on volunteering.

      Cons

      Citi is a huge organization with several businesses and it is hard to know who to reach out to for one thing.

      Pretty decent benefits , but your exp is based on your team, and the lunch is pretty good

      Cons

      workload is pretty intense and with ai expect development to be rapid.

      Great benefits (PTO, healthcare, etc.) for FTEs

      Cons

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
