      Will get to solve challenges you never get to solve anywhere else. Fantastic environment to take up real challenges.

      Cons

      Has lost its mojo in the recent years due to too much regulation. People are more interested in CYA than doing the right thing, take risk and deliver value.

      Pretty decent benefits , but your exp is based on your team, and the lunch is pretty good

      workload is pretty intense and with ai expect development to be rapid.

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
