      Pros

      They have a great childcare facility.

      Cons

      They expect you to work 24/7 without regard for family. Some are allowed flexible work hours others are not and when flexible work is allowed, it is a negative reflection on you. You are not promoted.

      Great benefits (PTO, healthcare, etc.) for FTEs

      Cons

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
