      Good salary compare to other banks in Canada

      Cons

      No promotions, no incentives or motivation to work. They only promoted directors and above since past few years. CEO is getting 33% hike this year for not giving average employees what they deserve

      Great benefits and work/life balance if you're on the right team.

      Cons

      Having a bad manager dictates everything about your job. You will see no upward mobility or compensation improvement if you are under a poor manager.
