Cons
Seems like a place for everyone, but not the neurodivergent individuals. I fought for my maternity leave after having had a still birth and my supervisor (male, not a father at the time) told me if I did not have a birth certificate that I could not claim bereavement nor parental leave, even though I went through postpartum… my baby was born sleeping and I was not in a state of mind where I should have had to advocate for myself, but somehow I did. They now give parental leave for those who have had later pregnancy loss/still birth.
