I’ve also been fortunate to work under an experienced and compassionate head of department. His guidance and support have been invaluable, offering both professional wisdom and personal mentorship. Additionally, the opportunity to travel abroad for system commissioning, training, and international projects has been an exciting and enriching aspect of my role. It has broadened my perspective and enhanced my career in ways I never imagined. dont make your staff like not human . please provide clear job task and dont just simply ask your staff do useless think. most of staff only work less than 1.5 year.

The colleagues there are nice. Other than that, not worth to mention.

Cons

I do not recommend working at this company. Despite completing my probation, my confirmation was delayed without proper explanation — I was told to undergo more "training," even though there is no clear KPI system in place. Public holidays are kept to a minimum, and pointless meetings are sometimes held on Saturdays, wasting everyone’s time. While the colleagues are kind and hardworking, the management is difficult to work with and lacks empathy. Whenever concerns are raised, they are either ignored or dismissed without any effort to understand or improve the situation. The leadership is extremely money-minded to the point that employee welfare is neglected. There’s also a noticeable bias in treatment, and some employees seem to stay only because of special benefits. If you value fair leadership, employee support, and a healthy work environment, this company is not the place for you.
