Pros
They might pay you well if they are afraid your leaving might make them look bad. The nuclear medicine industry has a bright future. If leadership can focus on company performance instead of personal promotion/preservation, then Curium might have a bright future.
Cons
Under current executive leadership, there are few positives. On building company culture, Sir Richard Branson says, "Train your people so they can leave, treat them well enough so they won't." This company culture is the polar opposite. Employees are often subjected to personal insults and rants including swearing. Style of leadership employed at the highest operations level is equivalent to following subordinates with a stick. Don't ever express an opinion contrary to the directive guidance if you want to last. Resource support is always the employee problem, not a management problem. Perception is valued higher than performance. Currently, emotions drive decisions rather than financial analysis. Executive leadership is unethical. The COO is either a pathological liar or can't remember what he says from day to day; as a result, multiple members of his staff refuse to hold conversations without a third party present.
