Pros
Gary, one of their managers, is a fast talker with great pivoting skills and an ability to control a conversation. He's a decent mentor with great understanding of sales/recruitment practices and genuinely seems like a good guy. However, everyone in the company is trained to exaggerate the culture, capabilities, reputation, and the true 'potential' for opportunity and growth.
Cons
The company boasts recruitment, networking, and infrastructure services and claim to have the capabilities of managing mid-enterprise level needs. Which in it's entirety is only a facade. The leaders will invite clients to come onsite to see their facility, and will stage the set up, # of employees, even some of the desks and computers are staged prior to the client arriving in order to portray themselves as a much larger, more capable capable company than they actually are. To employees, they pitch a growth minded environment that is autonomous but have very high turnover with limited tools, processes, and resources in order for you to succeed. I have had a very successful career prior to joining Dash2 and even more success following my termination in which they attempted to even keep my final check. I placed a high level VP, sources multiple leads, and even engaged in their 'culture'. Heavy use of fear tactics with a very narrow understanding of recruitment processes. I have earned a solid reputation in this market and to this day I refuse to do business with them, nor recommend them to anyone seeking employment.
