Pros
Good pay. Get 80 hrs of vacation and 80 hrs personal time off. The co workers are also really chill and it's casual attire.
Cons
TOO MUCH STRESS. You have to take calls, manage those cases WHILE you're taking calls and you may have like 30+ cases at a time. They keep saying "just take care of the customer and your metrics will fall into place" but that's a load of crap. I did everything in my power to take care of those people and my metrics plummeted because "I wasn't taking enough calls and when I was on a call it took too long". Well what do you thinks going to happen when you try to 100% take care of them? And they do NOT give you enough time to really take care of the cases you already have. This company has such a high turnover rate for a reason.
