Pros
Flexiblity in how you run your Business and deal with your customers. You have the power to price your hardware, software,peripherals,( with guidelines that are reasonably defined). You control the conversation and the work sheduled does favor time off with your family. (SMB segement) is Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, (depending were your customers are). Rewards for overachieving could be improved but they are not bad.
Cons
All accounts sets are not listed in the proper segments, some spend very little but have large employee counts and are considered to be larger than they actually spend. this needs to be addressed to ensure quotas are properly set for all sales reps. The problem is not extremely large but can cause disatisfaction among some employees.
