Pros
Some great, talented people working for the company. Benefits are pretty good also. Work life balance is also good, but depends on the manager you have.
Cons
Company lacks a clear strategy to improve the supply chain and improve the company's performance, or if they do have one then they are failing at communicating it. Dell do not properly understand the storage business and how the supply chain model works / should work. Execs make poor decisions and do not listen or want to listen to the opinions of those further down the chain of command. They appear to be more concerned with and focused on cutting costs at every opportunity, even where it does not make operational sense.
