Pros
Nice office location/building good cafeteria, talented co-workers, tele-commute policy, casual dress code, decent benefits. IBP bonus (sometimes)
Cons
This company has a lot of cons all centered around job security. If you are a US employee in IT your on the list to get let go, Its not if but when. they would rather hire 10 from India than 1 in the US (which it takes 10 to do what 1 US resource can do). No raises, IBP has never been paid in full during the time i was at the company. IT processes are so antiquated that it take 3 times as long to do your job than it should.
