Cons
I don't even know where to start. Leadership is unprofessional, passive-aggressive, and non-existent. Communication often comes in with condescending tone, rhetorical questions, and micromanagement. Treatment can feel retaliatory one you speak up but they won't make it obvious. Most people in office speaks Mandarin so if you don't you won't fit in. Could be upside or downside if you understand them. I've heard many unprofessional comments being made in Mandarin, some employees expressed fear of speaking up due to H1B dependency. No diversity, if you attend any large business meetings you will notice majority of the attendees are older Asian men. Additionally, there appears to be virtually no disability representation in the office, A lot of vague promises about promotions and career growth, paired with “we’re a family” rhetoric
