Zero concept of proper project management, very easy for projects to fall behind. Unprofessional and pro-bullying behavior which is not addressed nor frowned upon by HR, who takes part on the bullying and defends management. Favoritism towards senior employees and a lot of pressure for new employees to be at the level of their senior staff. Work hard play hard mind set, management claims to respect work life balance, but the reality is the exact opposite. Management gets complacent. They openly blame their employees for their mistakes, such as missed releases or deadlines which affect profit. This is the root of bullying which at stressful times can occur on a daily basis. Management does not become accountable for their mistakes, instead the blame falls on the employee, which is the one who will take the blame willingly or not. Flat organization, don't expect any significant or relevant career advancement.
