Pros
Great perks like free beer, unlimited PTO, pension scheme, gym membership, etc. Excellent opportunity to gain experience that can be used elsewhere. In EMEA there is some exceptional talent and you'll be working with a close-knit team - especially true for the technical teams. Dyn have a fantastic opportunity to carve their own niche and own this market.
Cons
Very confused direction. Senior management seem disconnected from the rest of the business and do not listen to the frontline. I wouldn't recommend joining Dyn if you're looking for easy or straightforward sells. Expect a hard time demonstrating value - you'll be re-educating the market and competing with companies offering very competitive rates. Marketing, Product and Sales are misaligned: Marketing/messaging is misleading and seems to be focused on pure lead generation rather than marketing the Dyn platform and creating valuable opportunities. Product teams are good but very siloed and aren't given the opportunity or responsibility to answer to the rest of this business. Sales training could be improved. Lack of transparency - important information often isn't communicated to the sales teams.
