      Pros

      The product line. Its a good place for scientists and professionals in technical field because of the innovative products that are being developed. They even have an internal symposium and events to promote new ideas. Job satisfaction of working towards an important health concern which helps people, is good.

      Cons

      Too much internal politics. The pay scales are not as competitive considering the very high expense of living in the region.

      Pros

      All the surface level amenities (building, cafe, gym). Lots of SMEs with big hearts.

      Cons

      The number of people that quit in the last 90 days. Quiet layoffs The true promotion price is doing 3 jobs and accommodating different time zones. Lots of inexperienced managers and layers Too much " aligning" and "circling back" ; not enough doing
