      Pros

      Great people and you make a lot of friends if you are open to meeting people. Get to travel and experience different places. Paid fairly for the level of experience they require

      Cons

      No work life balance. You can be set up to fail based on your first projects and the AM you work with. Lots of overtime hours.

      Young. Parental leave isn’t great. Limited remote work. Required travel.
