      Pros

      Good pay for starting salary, awesome campus, shared office usually but it's nice because it gives you a lot more privacy than some companies.

      Cons

      Old code, not a lot of vacation, and there's a lot of stuff that you have to pick up on your own.

      Young. Parental leave isn’t great. Limited remote work. Required travel.
