Pros

-Cafeteria is cheap and makes fantastic food -You are given independence and autonomy, not micromanaged -Culture is based on helping others, most other members are very friendly and you will probably meet some great people -Compensation and insurance is pretty good

Cons

-Your career path becomes very Epic focused, not many transferable hard skills. -It's customer service. After all the fancy names and everything, it's a glorified IT role where you mainly try to keep customers happy. I felt like I was discouraged from technical aspects and challenges in favor of "just get them an answer". -Massive workload. It varies with peaks and dips, but when you have a dip you are asked to do more, it's negatively reflected to refuse. It will be politely implied if you don't work enough hours, and that gets reflected in bonuses/raises. -Some customers are more stable, some are more needy. As a newer employee, you will mostly get the latter. And a lot of them.
