Was On the Fence, COVID Response Pushed Me Over - Technical Services Epic Employee Review

There is a major tendency to enforce policies with little rationale behind it. The insistence on getting us back on campus during a PANDEMIC is completely illogical and honestly disgusting. I was pretty iffy about the culture before this, but overall the pros had outweighed the cons. At this point I am so disgusted by how this is being handled and rationalized I’m ready to start looking for a new job.
