Pros

- Good pay specially in a low cost state/city. You will learn a lot about health care since you will be taking a lot of exams. You will learn a lot of project management since you will be managing hospital staff. Good record in resume.

Cons

Everyone is dispensable. It's always a nightmare relationship with your team lead. If you are too good, he will make you work twice as much and give you harder customers. If one of your customers (avg of 6-7) escalates and you fail to deliver, he will make you quit because it's going to be a bad record on his side. There's no such thing as a hard customer. It's always a customer having a bad attitude which will cause your failure. Politics is very prevalent and team leads only think of themselves. Easy to accumulate 60-70 hrs work week. Career here is designed for new grads who want to prove themselves. But at the end of the day, you are as dispensable as a fast food clerk.
