-$$$ -Able to give lots of input on design early on. You can jump right in to large, impactful projects (for better or worse) -Coworkers are nice
Cons
There is always so much to do. Unless you’re good at setting boundaries and expectations, you might be working a lot. (But at least you’re rewarded pretty generously for it)
