      Pros

      I loved working at Epic. I enjoyed working with the customers and making a real and significant impact on healthcare. I was surrounded by some brilliant, driven people.

      Cons

      I travelled a lot, and eventually that got old, especially since Madison isn't an easy place to get to.

      Young. Parental leave isn’t great. Limited remote work. Required travel.
