Pros
There are lots of young people straight out of college, so it's very welcoming and easy to get settled with new friends and contacts. Madison is an excellent city to live in, to boot. Epic has begun to spend a lot of time and energy on user experience and design, which is great news for both users and employees.
Cons
There are a lot of screens and applications to work with. The software is enterprise, meaning that it supports hundreds of businesses and thousands of users. Which means a lot of functionality and support. It also means that development and designing can take longer, because it's not easy to just try something, see how it goes, and adjust from there.
