Pros

Young company, great campus, great core values, does not tolerate mediocrity or less, growing industry, short-staffed in nearly every area/role so good job security in that regard.

Cons

Extremely high, and sometimes unrealistic expectations with regard to responsibilities, work life balance, and overall hours required. Not uncommon to work 80+ hour weeks without any extra recognition. Very much a "big brother" sentiment with management and too many people who avoid thinking critically but take and delegate orders from the top as if it was their profession. For those that travel, you don't get consistent airlines/hotels which really stinks when you travel 35+ trips per year.

Pros

Impact: You are part of creating systemic level change for healthcare organizations. You get to be on site and work directly with providers and see how these changes impact their communities. People: Extremely smart and capable. I feel like I can rely on my team in a way I haven't at previous employers. New hires are entry level, so there's a strong community for people in a similar stage of life. Culture: Quirky but in a real, unique way. People are collaborative and celebrate shared accomplishments. The campus enshrines a very specific (and fun!) vibe. Location: Madison is awesome. Benefits: The health insurance is unparalleled. Sabbatical is a super cool perk too. Growth: A lot of autonomy and responsibility allows people to rise to the challenge. Stability: Solid industry, no lay-offs.

Cons

Remote work flexibility: 5 days a year
