      Management based in Nashville is extremely bias and will not promote based on personal feelings on sexual orientation. If you do not come in under the leadership development program you can forget promotions regardless.

      Nice benefits, Stable job. Management is mostly hands-off, allowing you to do your work and let the results speak for themselves.

      Cons

      Too much middle management. Return to work requires in office 4 days a week. Should have better system for converting purchased service employees to Ford direct employees.
