Supportive coworkers but toxic management and no growth - Parts Advisor Ford Motor Company Employee Review

Management in Parts department is horrible and upper management doesn’t really care. Fear driven environment and constant threats of losing employment. Super micromanaging and zero room for growth and zero trust to create something new and improved. Management does not fight for you. Empty promises and told whatever you were promised, sorry but not sorry, if the promises fall through it’s what’s best for the company. Meetings seemingly everyday.
