      Complex organization with unclear responsabilities. Slow to react to external challenges. Very limited opportunities for promotion. Employees with 10+ year within the company stuck in position for their own convenience, not giving chance for newbies.

      Nice benefits, Stable job. Management is mostly hands-off, allowing you to do your work and let the results speak for themselves.

      Cons

      Too much middle management. Return to work requires in office 4 days a week. Should have better system for converting purchased service employees to Ford direct employees.
