      Good salary, very flexible work time which sets good life-work balance. Grow opportunities are very good but depends in which technical area you are

      Cons

      Pay grade pyramid is quite flat. Some high-tech high-demand jobs are better paid in other tech companies (I.e Software dev or AI applications)

      Pros

      Nice benefits, Stable job. Management is mostly hands-off, allowing you to do your work and let the results speak for themselves.

      Cons

      Too much middle management. Return to work requires in office 4 days a week. Should have better system for converting purchased service employees to Ford direct employees.
