      Micromanagement culture. Very siloed software environment. Don't value software design norms. Management doesn't communicate well. Treat employees like numbers not people. Upper management makes terrible decisions. Toxic office culture

      Pros

      Nice benefits, Stable job. Management is mostly hands-off, allowing you to do your work and let the results speak for themselves.

      Cons

      Too much middle management. Return to work requires in office 4 days a week. Should have better system for converting purchased service employees to Ford direct employees.
