Pros
Some coworkers are smart and fun. Benefits are mostly good. Middle management is mostly made up of reasonable people. They do pay overtime unlike most salaried positions.
Cons
No real career progression, management structure constantly changing with no real reason why. I hated the work culture. I felt like I went backwards in my career taking this job, as it felt more like construction management rather than process engineering or battery manufacturing. I feel I didn’t learn much. Also, I think leadership doesn’t understand the EV market.
