      GSK Consume Healthcare is a company that pays well in comparison with other consumer companies and well even within the Pharma Industry.

      Cons

      Not supportive of learning so I would advice junior or just graduated to search another option. This is a company to capitalize learnings.

      Lots of Reorganizations. Constant changing to Ways of Working. Tough to build consistent accelerated projects with continual change in management and software implementations.
