      Great benefits and salary. Great place for learning as too many opportunities to work across boundaries (legal, finance, procurement, commercial)

      Cons

      Morale is very low due to continuous re organization processes. Due to this, employees are getting more responsibility in all areas (Tactical / Operational / Strategic) and people get over burnt
