Pros

Great people. Good Salary. The products used to be good. If you were in the West Region, the regional manager was absolutely the best.

Cons

There is a serious lack of new innovative products to sell. The new compensation plan, which removed sales as a bonus measure, is terrible. There is a complete lack of transparency in how the new bonus plan is calculated. This gives reps no incentive to sell.

Cons

This may seem unrealistic, but I genuinely did not have a single negative experience during my time here.
