Business outlook
Pros
Good products line with some of the products truly world-class. The benefit package is pretty good and the work/life balance is pretty reasonable for pharma. GSK did a nice job keeping employees up-to-date with what was going on in the company and not just in the country you worked but overall. Felt well connected.
Cons
Sometimes a bit afraid of their own shadow. The Corporate Integrity Agreement signed in June 2012 took its toll on innovation and willingness to swing and miss. There always seemed to be something changing so knowing the most current operating policies meant searching the intranet for the recipe far too often.
