Pros
A company which take care of the well being of the employees, provide good culture and conducive to working harder and smarter.
Cons
There is plenty of double standard treatment from management to staffs and they are often not sincere and upfront in their communication. They also tolerated many incompetent and overbearing managers for incomprehensible reasons. Pay is not able to meet the yearly high inflation rate.
