      A lot of experience and good people. Great marketing. Global footprint put to good use. Sincere interest in developing promising talent

      Cons

      Personal fiefdoms abound and starts at the top. Merger mania can be good and fresh but infusion of new corporate cultures can be distracting when heads focus on known n lieutenants
