      Pros

      Company is evolving, but very slow. If you are good, you can grow fast. There is a lot of old employees always doing the same job and not challenging anyone.

      Cons

      Global structure does not work, they have a bad global people management with no clear development model. Salaries are not based on your previous experiences and there’s no clarity what will happen if you change countries or your next role. I was promoted to a role and took 6 months to get my job offer. Run away from any global job.

      Can't emphasize enough how approachable, non-judgmental, and supportive the team is, both managers and colleagues. Everyone genuinely cares about your holistic professional development and growth.

      Cons

      This may seem unrealistic, but I genuinely did not have a single negative experience during my time here.
