      Good Benefit but No Work Life Balance - Senior Operation Technician GSK Employee Review

      Salary and Benefit is the best.

      Cons

      7 Day with 8hrs 3 shift work (3 Cycle, Morning-Afternoon-Night). Its a no work life balance. Culture there ok, Process system outdated. Care about people life but not for worker life. Some leader treat their man like slave. Same goes to management level, push production without care about process issue. All this issue, no people would like to join and some planing to resign.

      If you have passion for your work, this is a great place to be. A lot of innovation. People are kind and humble.

      Big matrixed organization troubles. LT tries to work through it.

      Great Pay and Amazing Benefits.

      Cons

      Lots of Reorganizations. Constant changing to Ways of Working. Tough to build consistent accelerated projects with continual change in management and software implementations.
