      - Nimble Organization & Moves Fast (Entrepreneurial spirit) - Crazy Ideas are welcome - Immense Technology Scale (if you want to ever work for Google or Amazon, work here first) - Adjusting to the new competitive climate - Good Pay & Benefits

      Cons

      - Reacted to the post COVID change too slowly and will likely result in flat growth for 1-2 years - Company rapidly generates features and functionality but there are communication and marketing silos that need improvement - Lack of Profit Sharing or Bonus Structure

      - Remote - Flexible work schedule

      Cons

      - Unreasonably low pay even if promoted - Disallowed from communicating with colleagues - Forced to pursue unwanted roles - Termination imminent if review is not near perfect - Termination comes with no communication, just complete access removal
