Pros
Overall, it is a really great company to work for! I feel that everyone really strives to do the right thing. You will be working among the most intelligent people. A lot of progress has been made in the D&I space in the last 2-3 years. Gartner weathered the storm of COVID-19 really well. You'll have unlimited opportunities to learn.
Cons
Depending on a team, the dynamic might be different (as in every company). A lot depend on the senior leadership, which at large, forms the culture but is not as diverse as the company as a whole is. Hence, there's sometimes a disconnect between the associate population and leadership. There's no formal mechanism to get associates' feedback and incorporate it (no company-wide surveys for example). Some teams are very lean so at times feels like you're doing five jobs in one role. Covid-19 showed that we are productive having flexibility. I am not certain that leadership fully embraces it and my concern is that we will go back to a stiff in-person corporate environment, especially in the Stamford office.
