Pros

Fine annual payout that is it!!!

Cons

1. Full of NEPOTISM, POLITICS and BIASNESS 2. NO real WORK on floor at Gurgaon DLF Phase office in HR team. No real work seen within any team, no process oriented role, direction less team. 3. Irrelevant team expansion and Inter team movement of people 4. Very High payout on very small irrelevant roles, no salary parity 5. On shore team highly Influenced and non cooperative. They are not at all interested to understand the real work and fake one, Just prepare non important presentations all year through with no actual work. 6. People here are more for Fashion parade than that of core work. Extra long hours four times a week lunch breaks and online shopping is the only thing that happens here. People are so much on smoke breaks, that they hardly pay any attention to work here. 7. Irrelevant team hiring and Layoffs BIG TIME: hired sooo many people in 2020 and laid off without actual reason. The Senior management is also highly influenced and biased. Irrelevant job opening where process never comes and then they ask you to leave the firm.

Pros

Being a globally recognized company makes it easy to consistently engage clients. Great benefits. Amazing people (managers and colleagues) For the most part there is a clear path to success and promotions. Executives listen to feedback after every internal call to help guide strategy.

Cons

In office mandate increasing in office days from once a month to once a week. Need to live in Florida or Texas because of the in office mandate. Promotions take a while since there are many people going for the same roles. Hard to reach clients and constant territory’s shifting makes it difficult to achieve the numbers you and management expect.
