Pros

Will paint a rosey picture when you first start

Cons

Could care less about work life balance. Benefits cut off at midnight the day you leave. HR is of no use for anything. FRIENDS of upper management can send inappropriate emails with no consequences but same executive will lie to your face about how policies are consistent across there region which is a complete lie. Never been around a management team so clueless and incapable of comprehending how a portfolio of business actually performs based on the circumstances surrounding each company. Pretty sad when you are told you aren't good enough and your Area Manager goes on 2 sales calls with you in 2 years. Sales force has become a turnstyle of turnover. Gartner is a technology company that is lacking in providing it's own employees with state of the art technology.

Pros

Being a globally recognized company makes it easy to consistently engage clients. Great benefits. Amazing people (managers and colleagues) For the most part there is a clear path to success and promotions. Executives listen to feedback after every internal call to help guide strategy.

Cons

In office mandate increasing in office days from once a month to once a week. Need to live in Florida or Texas because of the in office mandate. Promotions take a while since there are many people going for the same roles. Hard to reach clients and constant territory’s shifting makes it difficult to achieve the numbers you and management expect.
