Pros

Impressive peers which make the environment motivational

Cons

Management is not good at all. They are highly manipulative using toxic tactics to get goals met. You can’t really trust the advice your boss gives you bc if anything goes wrong they take zero responsibility. I don’t know if it’s a Greenwich/Stamford thing but it’s also the most snobby company I have ever worked for. It’s like a big clique where everyone is coming after each other - especially given the toxic environment atmosphere. When I left and started my new job it was night and day difference in the way the employees were treated in-comparison to Garter. They only care about what you can do for them not vise versa. I believe this company believes and wants their staff to turn over every 2 to 3 years and only keep a select few favorites. Definitely don’t speak up bc you will be reprehended and have no room for growth.

Pros

Being a globally recognized company makes it easy to consistently engage clients. Great benefits. Amazing people (managers and colleagues) For the most part there is a clear path to success and promotions. Executives listen to feedback after every internal call to help guide strategy.

Cons

In office mandate increasing in office days from once a month to once a week. Need to live in Florida or Texas because of the in office mandate. Promotions take a while since there are many people going for the same roles. Hard to reach clients and constant territory’s shifting makes it difficult to achieve the numbers you and management expect.
