- Was sold on some things during my interview process that turned out to be incorrect. Seemed to be an education issue with the recruiter. I don't think it was malicious or salesy or anything but would liked to have the full picture of what I was walking into. Minimal things such as 2 days off per month (sold as a permanent feature), told I would get full coverage insurance for me and children in 24 months instead of 48.
- There seems to be a weird referral situation in place - almost like if you refer someone to the company they seem to be LESS likely to be given a shot as a means of reducing bias. It is messaged as a standard referral set up, however. Just a weird situation altogether.
